Invitations: Brett Ogle Corporate Golf can design, print and send invitations to all guests on behalf of your company. The Corporate Golf Team will liaise with company representatives, keeping them updated of RSVP acceptances, declines and withdrawals on a regular basis.

Registration Desk: Our Golf Team will set up a Registration Desk to register your golfers and provide any corporate gifts or information that needs to be distributed. The team will deal with any enquiries that your guests may have and the desk will provide a constant point of reference throughout
the day.

Tournament Format: Advice on the format of the golf day will be given by our Corporate Golf Team to suit your requirements depending on the ability of the golfers and the numbers involved. Our staff will advise your group on the number of tee times you require to make your golf day run smoothly. We can also cater for shotgun golf and two tee starts.

Player Briefing: A dedicated member of the Brett Ogle Corporate Golf Team will be on hand to issue / organise a Player Brief outlining the order of play. They will be on hand to welcome your guests, recognise sponsors, inform of any competitions / activities on-course specific to the day, give advice on the course, any local rules and housekeeping items.

Valet Golf Bag Service: A Bag Drop service can be offered for those very special days where you would like your clients / guests to feel pampered. Guests can drive through, drop of their golf bags, and find their equipment ready, mounted on a golf cart for play.

Corporate Gifts: Make your event special with our corporate gift packs. Items can be tailored to suit your company's specific demands, with a wide range of options. A golf registration pack can be organised with your company logo to be branded on various golfing merchandise (e.g. golf balls, tee packets, caps, shirts, wind vests, pitch repairers and hat clip markers).

Sponsorship: Our Golf Team have experience in developing golf specific Sponsorship Packages for your specific event. We will manage all product, prize, cash and signage requirements and ensure your corporate partners receive maximum exposure for their investment on the day.

Competitions / Activities: Make your event unique oncourse with our extensive corporate golf database. On a pre-determined hole an added incentive competition can be held with Nearest-the-Pin (NTP), Longest Drive (LD) and Straightest Drive (SD) activities being most popular. Scoring pins and banners are provided and our Golf Team ensures that all results are collated. Alternatively, our team can recommend / organise a unique range of on-course activities to entertain your guests (please contact our Corporate Golf Exec for further info).

Food & Beverage: Our Golf Team will manage all event day Food & Beverage requirements leaving you able to relax, enjoy the day, and liaise with your guests throughout the day. We will ensure drinks cart are adequately stocked with refreshments on-course and clubhouse pre and post golf catering service meets the deadlines set.

Branded Collateral: Our Golf Team will create and customise all marketing collateral on the day specifically to your company's needs. Event Day collateral will include:

  • Customised Scorecards
  • Individual Registration packs
  • Personalised Name / Bag tags
  • Competition markers (e.g. Nearest the Pin, Longest Drive etc)
  • Electric Cart player signs
  • Tee markers branded exclusively with Client / Sponsor logos

Scorecards / Scoring: Scorecards will be prepared prior to your event stating the players' names and their relevant handicaps. When playing a Stableford format, the handicap allowance on each hole will be indicated. The Golf Team will collect all scorecards from the players and check that the card has been marked correctly and that the correct handicap has been used. All results will then be compiled and delivered ready for the golf presentations.

Presentation: We will manage a post-golf presentation to reward winners and finish the day on a memorable note. Our Team will organise prizes for the day based on your requirements. Golf balls, clothing, golfing accessories, crystal and trophies can be emblazoned with the company logo, or any design of your choice, at the most competitive prices. We can offer a wide range of leading brands such as Callaway, Ashworth, Bridgestone, Cutter & Buck.

Budget: Our staff will maintain flexible budgets and keep you continually up-to-date with any changes to budgeted figures. We will control expenditure and make our clients aware of the potential for any additional costs associated with the day.

Event Day Staff: Throughout your day our Golf Team will be on hand both on and off the course to ensure that the pace of play is consistent and that the day runs smoothly.

Entertainment: With a diverse database on call we can put together and deliver an entertainment package to meet the needs of any corporate partner. From Golf professionals, to a vast host / speaker's network, to jazz bands, we will deliver the ultimate professional corporate golf day.

Debrief: The services of Brett Ogle Corporate Golf do not cease following the delivery of the event. We would like to ensure you receive maximum benefit from your marketing investment and thus quantify the overall success of the day. A post event debrief with our client allows the opportunity for any comments / feedback, review the event budget and identify key dates for a future event.
